Each site posts its own prices, with a cheaper rate during that site’s sun-hour window. Barstow: $0.39/kWh from 12–3 pm, $0.49 other hours. Needles: $0.25/kWh from 9 am–5 pm, $0.35 other hours. Every session adds a flat $1 session fee.
